Dear Jet Blue,


Please don't send me an email that says, "We're sorry!" as the subject line
ONE DAY before I'm flying on your airline.

I thought something tragic had happened with one of your planes! Or worse, my trip was cancelled!

But no. You were just apologizing for sending out an email addressed to the wrong first names. STUFF I DON'T CARE ABOUT. Call me Josephine - I don't care - as long as I'm flying to Vegas on you!
